Private Events and Special Groups

Private Tours: We are glad to open Valley of the Moon for private historical tours and exploration. Costs: $100 for up to 10 people, up to one hour. Add $10 for each additional person.
Nonprofit groups and public schools: We enjoy visits by other nonprofit organizations! Fees can be bartered or waived for nonprofits and school group, although donations are appreciated.
Private parties: Have your event at Valley of the Moon, subject to availability. Three hours of exclusive use of Valley of the Moon with at least one helpful staff person. $250 for up to 40 people + $50 refundable deposit. $50 for each additional hour. $50 cleaning fee.
Public Parties: Exciting new option for adventurous groups while our theatrical events are running. Your party can exclusively book a performance to enjoy together. Table provided. You may bring your own food. Appropriate for birthdays and other celebrations. A party group can buy all the tickets for a specific show for $210 (a value of up to $400) Deposit is $50, Payment due 10 days before party.
Weddings and larger parties: What a special place for a special event! $350 for 4 hours access for up to 100 people. There is no separate allowance for set up/take down time. Should extra time be needed, it would be at $100 per hour. Should extra guests be required, this could be arranged for $50 for a 50 person increase. We provide at least 1 staff person for oversight and use of the public areas of the adobe house, the lawn, parking lot, bathrooms and non-historic area. Access to the historic area is permitted, but requires the cost of 2 additional staff. Should the event require additional staff to help with set up or access to historical area, they will be available at the cost of $20 per hour.
Cleaning fee: $50 for 100 people, $25 more for each extra 100 people
Deposit: $150 (refundable) to reserve date
Payments: ½ of total cost due 30 days prior to event, remaining half due 7 days prior to event
